This scene appears near the 23:44 mark.

There are staples in all four corners securing the cels together to the background, as well as evidence of staple holes along the edges, which is not uncommon for production material of this kind and could be easily matted out. There is some slight foxing throughout. There is a tiny amount of line wear in Linus's face and hair.
