The frame measures 20.25" x 20.50" inches while the square aperture measures 11" x 11" inches. The round aperture has a diameter of 9.50" inches.
This cel appears at 22:49 minutes in the film.

The cel has become very slightly wavy which is common for production material of this kind. Please note the light reflection visible in the web image is not on the piece itself. There is evidence of some slight mottling in the tassle of Geppetto's hat. There is some evidence of a few small areas of very slight paint separation of 1" inch each in the hat's tassle, as well an area of slight paint separation of about 0.25" inches in Geppetto's night shirt along the very bottom where his left sleeve and chest meet.
