It is our belief that this is likely from a Weber bread commercial.
The size of this piece is 12 Field (11"x13")

There is evidence of some slight linewear throughout the characters, namely in Lucy's mouth, neck and shoes, and in Linus's hair. There are tiny tears in the right and left pegholes of Lucy's cel, which could be easily matted out. There is some slight creasing in the upper corners of Linus's cel, which could be easily matted out.
