The frame measures 14" x 16" while the aperture measures 9.25" x 11.5"
As visible in the image, there appears to be a significant amount of paint lifting and cracking in Louie but with very little paint loss. The condition has been taken into account when pricing the artwork. Let us know if you'd be interested in restoration.
