The cel is trimmed and measures 11" x 10"
The cel is slightly wavy and taped to the backing paper but it is not adhered to it. There is a tiny bit of line smudge over his right eye, there is evidence of paint cracking in his red sash as well as his pants and lower shirt, only visible upon close inspection.
