The mat measures 20"x16".

There is evidence of some very slight paint separation in the ends of the mermaid's hair. There is some very slight paint separation also in her fin tips. There is some very slight line wear in her white seaweed collar, as well as in the white accent lines of the fish scales. There are white strips of tape securing the cel to the background, however it is covered by the matting.
