The mat measures 10" x 12" while the aperture measures 6.25" x 8.25"
In all of our years in business, we've never even seen a production cel of this character, this is truly a rare find!
As visible in the image, the cels are slightly wavy. The light reflection is on the digital image and is not on the artwork itself. There is a pin hole toward each upper corner. There appears to be a little paint slippage in his buttons.
