This production cel is affixed to a hand-painted custom background.

This piece has been professionally restored. Cel has become slightly wavy which is fairly common for vintage animation cels. The light reflection is only visible in the web image and is not on the actual piece. There is an area of browned residue at the lower right corner which can be easily matted out. There is a tinge of yellowingb to the upper and lower left corners which can be easily matted out.
