The cels are secured to the background with two strips of white archival tape, which could be easily matted out. There is a 1” inch tear in the cel along the right edge, as well as evidence of some clear tape running along the right edge, as well as a hairline tear in the middle-most peg-hole, all of which could be easily matted out as well.
