The paint on the cel is adhered to the dark blue background. There are some tiny hairline tears in the middle and left peg-holes, which could be easily matted out. There are a few tiny flecks of stray paint throughout, namely in the upper left quadrant of the piece. There is a small crease in the upper right corner, which could also be easily matted out. There is evidence of some very slight foxing and adhesive residue throughout.
