Cel is taped to the background by the upper corners and is slightly wavy which is fairly common for animation cels of this age. There is a tinge of color change in the border of the background and there is some surface paper loss along the extreme lower edge which can be easily matted out. The cel has been stapled to the background by two staples and there is a 0.5" x 0.5" tear in the cel by the staples at the upper left corner and within the border which can be easily matted out.
