Both the Background and the Cel measure 16-Field (13" x 16")
This scene appears at the 53:30 mark in the film, just before the dog with the broom face brushes the path away.
There is a slight amount of edge wear along the sides of the background. The cel appears to be very slightly attached to the background. There are corresponding staple holes along the extreme top edge of the cel and the background.
