Resplendent in her just woken glory, Cruella holds her slim cigarette and reads the morning's news. This set-up is a clever glimpse into the personal life of one Disney's most despised villains.
This framed piece measures 9.5" x 12.5".

Cel is slightly wavy which is fairly common for animation cels of this age. As visible in the web image, a 0.25" x 0.125" spot of purple paint from the stocking has come loose and is now to the left of the character by the lower left side. There is some slight lifting in the hanging stocking. There is evidence of two staples halfway across the upper edge.
