The background appears at 1:26:01 in the film while the cel appears at 22:38.
The master background is attributed to Claude Coats.
Claude Coats began at Walt Disney Studios in 1935 as an apprentice background painter, and went on to work on every feature film from Snow White through Lady and the Tramp as a background painter. His magical skill shines with some of his most beloved work with the enchantment of Geppetto's workshop.
Artwork measures 11.5" x 15".

There is paint separation in the characters gloves as well as the yellow of the shirt. There is a slight crack in the paint of the right sleeve as well as the neck. There appears to be slight paint mottling in the white collar. The character is trimmed and applied to the background. The background appears to be applied to a backing board.
