Cel material is trimmed of pegholes and measures is trimmed and measures 10.75" x 8.25"
As visible in the image, there is a slight amount of paint loss in the upper left of his head, as well as the lower right ruffles. There is evidence of hairline paint cracks toward the upper head area, both sets of ruffles, and just under his eye. As visible in the image, there is a slight amount of cel loss along the upper extreme edge and upper right corner.
