The mat measures 12" x 14" while the aperture measures 8" x 10"
As visible in the image, the cel material is slightly wavy and there is a pin hole toward each upper corner of the mat. As is common with Disneyland set-ups, the characters are most likely adhered to the background. There appears to be paint lifting in the black shoes with a tiny amount of paint loss in the fiddler's shoe. The drummer has some cracking and lifting in his jacket which is visible upon close examination.
