The aperture measures 6.25" x 9.25" while the matte measures 9" x 12".
This piece comes in the original matte with Disneyland Art Corner seal in the back.

As visible in the web image, there is dark discoloration along the edges of the matte and two spots at the top matte. Cel is slightly wavy which is fairly common for vintage animation cels. The light reflection is only visible in the web image only and is not on the actual piece. There is light lifting in the character's head, face and throughout the cape. There is very slight paint separation with no paint loss in the left side of the character's head and around the eyes, in the middle and left side of the cape and right hand.
