The frame measure 14.80" x 13" inches and the aperture measures 10.25" x 8.25" inches.

There is evidence of moderate paint separation, with some cracking in the red of Popeye's cape. There is also moderate paint separation in his shoes and his pipe. There is a small 0.25" inch area of paintloss in the toe of his left shoe, as well as a small area of paint loss in the pipe. The cel has become very slightly wavy which is not uncommon for art of this kind.
