Jiminy Cricket hitches a ride on a passing seahorse as he and Pinocchio search the ocean depths for Gepetto.
The framed piece measures 13.75" x 16.5" with the aperture measuring 8.75" x 11.5". Very large, nice image.
This cel appears at 1:12:39 in the film.

Cel has become slightly wavy which is fairly common for vintage animation cels. The light reflection is only visible in the web image only and is not on the actual piece. As visible in the web image, the matte exhibits toning. There are specks of glue residue visible along the edges of the character's as the cel has separated slightly from the background.
