There is some slight cel loss just under the rightmost peghole, as well as a tiny hairline tear in the middlemost peghole, both of which could be easily matted out. There is evidence of some slight linewear throughout, namely in Grinch's fingers and face. There is some slight black mottling throughout. There is some slight adhesive residue along the edges of the cel, which could easily be matted out.
