As visible in the web image, there is some dark discolorations along the edges of the matte. Cel is slightly wavy which is fairly common for vintage animation cels. The light reflection is only visible in the web image only and is not on the actual piece. As visible in the web image, there is moderate paint separation, cracking and lifting, but no paint loss in the character's hat, head, shoulders, hands, torso and feet.
