Falling Hare is one of the most sought after Bugs Bunny shorts in the character’s entire filmography. This production cel set-up features Bugs caught in one of the most common comedy gags- slipping on a well placed banana peel.
The cel is taped to the background along the upper and lower right edges and there is tape residue along the left and right edges; these can be easily matted out.

The cel is taped to the background along the upper left corner and upper and right edges. There is tape residue along the lower edge. These can all be easily matted out.

The cel is from "Muscle Tussle (1953)" and the background is from "The Mouse on 57th Street (1961)".
This piece measures 14.50" x 11".
There is clear tape along the edges of the background which could be easily matted out. There is also tape along the upper, right hand, and left hand sides of the cel, securing it onto the background, which could also be matted out. There is evidence of two staples along the left edge, securing the subway station element to the background. There is a piece of tan painter's tape just behind the subway station element, which could be easily matted out. There is evidence of four small pin holes, one in each corner of the background, which could be matted out as well. There is a 3.25" inch tear in the cel along the left side, running diagonally, that is secured with a strip of clear tape, which could also be matted out.

Porky quickly abandons his magic flute, when he is unable to rid the town of one remaining rogue rat, and opts for an "Old-Fashioned Mouse Trap". Unfortunately for Porky his new mouse catcher is a big scaredy-cat. This scene from the film appears at 3:50.
The cel exhibits slight signs of handling. There is tape residue at the lower corners and located 0.5" below the left peg hole is a very minor chip of 0.06" x 0.125" to the celluloid at the extreme lower edge. There are five small tears of 0.25" long in the right peg hole and 0.75" from the character’s arm are two pinpoint imprints by the extreme lower right edge. There is evidence of medium line wear to Porky Pig’s left ear and face and some slight line wear throughout.

As visible in the secondary image, the drawing is affixed to a backing board by clear tape in the upper corners. There is slight paper loss in the upper left and the lower corners, and a pin hole in the upper right corner, as well as a slight fold there. There is also slight paper loss in the extreme upper edge in the center as well as slight tearing along the upper edge in two spots, both of which measure .25". There is also a tear that measures 1.5" along the right side of the drawing, which barely enters the image area. There are slight stainsin the area above the arrow in his hat and below the horse, visible upon close inspection.

There are a few strips of masking tape on the reverse side of the backing board, with one strip along the upper edge visible from the front, but which could be easily matted out.

You can almost hear the six Yosemite Sam’s in this model sheet, “I’m the hootinst, tootinist, shootinist bobtail wildcat in the west!”
As is visible in the web image, there is paper loss to the upper right corner with clear tape and a 1.75" x 0.5" area of paper loss located halfway down the left edge. There's a minor crease of 1.25" across the lower left corner. There is a tear of 0.75" by the lower right peg hole. There is some surface paper loss; a 1.0" x 1.0" area along the upper edge located 4.25" to the right of the upper left corner, an area 1.5" x 0.25" along the upper left edge by the upper left corner and an area 0.5" x 0.5" at the lower left corner. The lower characters and upper left and right characters are trimmed from separate pages. This piece exhibits light handling which is common for studio production material.
