The sheet measures approximately 10"H by 17"W. There is a lower right hand corner fold line, in addition to shallow vertical fold lines, one crossing distanced about a third of the sheet from the left and another crossing distanced roughly one third of the sheet from the right, most likely due to handling during production in the past.
