Plane Crazy
Vintage Disney Animation Production Drawings

Plane Crazy was first released on May 15, 1928; co-directed by Mickey’s creator, Ub Iwerks. He was a much feistier mouse in his younger years! And, after several missed attempts to kiss his leading lady, Plane Crazy’s Mickey Mouse loses control of his airplane and begins a series of humorous situations and the eventual crash-landing of his out-of-control flight! This fascinating collection of original production drawings from the first Mickey Mouse short perfectly captures the peril and chaos of his misadventure.
