Dumbo animation Production Drawing
  Available on Layaway Dumbo (1941)
Production drawing of Dumbo
This is a beautiful and pivotal moment in the film as Dumbo stares with utter disbelief at the feather in his trunk while on the power lines. His ears are lovingly rendered as they flop over the edge, accentuating the fantastical possibility that an elephant can fly.
Piece exhibits slightly more than normal handling.
There are two small strips of clear tape on the reverse of the upper extreme edge of the drawing, each toward the corners.
Tones in the digital pictures are harsher and unnatural looking compared to how they appear in real life. In person the discoloration is softer and more with in the same tonal value range.

Make Mine Music
Willie the Whale animation Production Drawing
Available on Layaway Make Mine Music (1946)
Production drawing of Willie the Whale
This is a beautiful pose of this Metropolitan Whale, singing his heart out and dressed to the Nines. He is seen here in full character from his fins and flippers to his little hat, his eye is open and he is singing the roof down. This film is a classic story of dreams, and if you were to have one drawing from it, this would be it as a number of these drawings have him in such odd poses that don't translate back to the page with pencil so nearly well as this one does. What a Find!!
There is evidence of slight handling. There is also evidence of slight light exposure where the piece may have been matted, which is visible in the image.
The size of this piece is 16 Field (13"x16")
US$ 950 (unframed).
