Disneyland cel set-up of Goliath the Elephant and a bird This unique Set-up pairs Goliath from the 1960 film "Goliath II" with a blue bird from Sleeping Beauty. As these pieces were made for tourists who visited Disneyland, the Disney team were more concerned with producing cute images than staying true to specific films, as this type of photocopy background, from Sleeping Beauty as well, was used with an array of characters from many different films. Production cel of Donald Duck and Humphrey the Bear This cel appears on page 114 of the book by John Grant, "Encyclopedia of Walt Disney's Animated Characters." The cel set-up is on a laser print background. There are staple holes approximately 3" from the top edge on either side, which can easily be matted out. There is paint loss in Donald's head as well as a can. Slight paint cracking can be seen in the white of Donald and very slight lifting and loss is in the ranger's boot and belt. There is a light scratch on the cel extending from the middle torso of the creature to the upper left side (diagonally). There is very minute paint wear on the "legs" of the Martian. The matting itself has some darkening of the edges and minute chipping can be found on the top outer edge, lower left inner edge, right outer-, and bottom edges of the matte.
