Courvoisier cel of Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket Pinocchio leans in closely as Jiminy Cricket gives Pinocchio his first lesson in avoiding temptation. Jiminy isn’t very successful because moments later Pinocchio runs away off with Gideon and Foulfellow to become an actor. This appears at 34:14 in the film. The aperture measures 7.5" x 9.5" while the frame measures 19" x 20.5". There is some glue residue from the cel which can be seen as the cel has separated slightly from the background. (framed). Courvoisier cel of Pinocchio An adorable full-figured character with a sweet and inquisitive expression on his face. The image measures 7"x8.25" while the frame measures 15"x15.5" Cel has become slightly wavy which is not uncommon for vintage animation cels. Courvoisier cel of Jiminy Cricket Cutest Jiminy cel we have seen in awhile, complete with bubble effects painted on the cel and the little fish tailing behind as he drudges his way underwater. A complete visual masterpiece straight from the heart of Disney. Cel is not in its original Courvoisier frame but has been re-framed beautifully with wrapped linen mattes and a large bronze colored museum quality molding. Frame measures 18" x 19" with a window for the artwork measuring 5.5" x 6.25". Framing was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the current frame. Courvoisier cel of Jiminy Cricket Jiminy Cricket dances the not so high wire of the violin’s strings as he teaches Pinocchio to always let his conscience be his guide. Luckily for Pinocchio he has a Jiminy for a conscience. This is an extremely well crafted Courvoisier background. The artist paid special attention to the detail of the light on the violin and the shadow on the wall. Courvoisier cel of Figaro and Cleo the goldfish This piece is incredibly adorable, from his tiny little claws in each paw, the way he is up on his hind legs, his open eyes and slightly open mouth to Cleo who is blowing him a kiss. The colors in each full figured character are extraordinarily beautiful, while each character is very nicely sized as well. This piece is truly a magnificent joy to behold. Courvoisier cel of Jiminy Cricket In this fantastic Courvoisier set-up we see Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio’s conscience, standing tall on the 8 ball as he gives Pinocchio a stern talking to. Jiminy warns that Pinocchio will never be a real boy if he continues to smoke and play pool.
