The cel is affixed by small pieces of tape to the printed background along the left, right, and lower edges and there are some spots of tape residue along the upper edge and upper right corner. There is a miniscule tear in the cel at the middle peg hole. These can all be easily matted out.

Wide eyed Ariel drags Flounder by the tail as she races towards the sunken ship in hopes of finding sunken treasure like a “dingle hopper” or a “snarflap.” What she doesn’t know is that a menacing shark will soon find them!
Halfway across and along the extreme upper edge are small areas of missing celluloid; a 0.25" x 0.37" area from the top cel with characters an area of 0.2" x 1.5" from the bottom cel with bubbles. There is a tear of 1.5" long in the top cel located halfway across the upper edge. There are two minuscule tears to right peg hole of the top cel which can be easily matted out. The printed background is taped to the cel at the corners and along the right edge and there is tape in the far left and second to right peg holes. These can all be easily matted out.
The size of this piece is 12 Field (11"x13") and the character size is 3.25" h x 9.75" w.
