This is a 3-page, 16-panel piece titled, "How Do Elephants Kiss," a highly entertaining sequence depicting how the old Cap'n uses his cereal to show children how elephants kiss!
Each of the pages measures 8.5" x 14" and the drawings are done in pencil and black ink. It includes scene numbers, character lines, and production notes; one can see the mark, "Ward, Inc." on the upper left hand corner of the first page, and we believe it roughly dates back to the 1970's or 1980's.
As visible in the lower two images, a few of the frames have been adhered with tape.
