This is a wonderful 3 cel set-up showing Paul as Sgt. Paul, Jeremy in chains and the sniveling, wretched Blue Meanie.

There is evidence of a staple in each corner, all of which can easily be matted out.
Cel is slightly wavy which is fairly common for animation cels of this age..
