The Jungle Book (1967) Key master set-up of Kaa. This magnificent scene appears at 11:52 in the movie. Just as Kaa has Bagheera hypnotized, Mowgli escapes from the coil and succeeds in throwing the bulk of it off of the lower limb, and the rest of him abruptly follows. This is a beautiful production background and a very nicely sized character to match. Cel is slightly wavy which is not uncommon for animation cels of this age and also shows very slight line wear. The cel has been taped to the background and has a tear along the extreme upper edge, which measures 1.5" and corresponds with the piece of tape, which can easily be matted out.. The size of this piece is 16 Field (13"x16") and the size of the image is 5.75" h x 10" w. US$ 4900 (unframed) WDMGG1
