Early To Bed (1941) Key master set-up of A Clock. Donald tries everything to silence his nemesis, the loudly ticking alarm clock, in this wonderful 1941 short. We can all identify with the fit Donald throws hen it feels like the world is conspiring against him getting some sleep. The scene appears in the film at approximately 2:19. The artwork measures 9" x 12". Cel has become slightly wavy which is fairly common for vintage animation cels. The light reflection is only visible in the web image only and is not on the actual piece. The cel has been trimmed of its peg holes and taped at the upper corners to the background. There is some evidence of slight line wear at the top of the clock. There is paint cracking and slight lifting in the yellow face of the clock but no paint loss.
