Aladdin (1992) Concept piece of ---. This beautifully painted desert in the dark was originally a concept piece for Disney's 1992 masterpiece, "Aladdin." The film featured a Aladdin, a poor street urchin, who with the help of a powerful genie, wins the heart of the beautiful Princess Jasmine. The film proved to be one of the most successful films of 1992 and beautiful concept work like this exemplifies why. The soft colors used combined with the gentle shapes and curves of the trees creates a peaceful landscape the viewer can simply sink into.
