The artist has been acknowledged as the "O. G. Godfather" of East Los Angeles "cholo" style graffiti for close to 40 years, tagging since 1969. His work has been exhibited world-wide in more than 135 art galleries and 48 museums. Bojorquez's work is widely collected by many private collectors and museums, including The Smithsonian in Washington, DC, and both LACMA and MoCA in Los Angeles.
