Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)

This is a superb example of an early character development drawing.
The reference drawing above was taken from the bonus DVD and the voice over states that early character designs were modeled after famous Hollywood stars. This particular drawing was modeled after Zasu Pitts.
You can see a striking similarity between the drawing we are offering and the drawing which appears on the DVD.

There is a tear along the top right hand corner of approximately 2" and a small piece of tap holds the torn corner together.
There is slight thinning of the paper about 2.5" below the character..

The size of this piece is 12 Field (11"x13") and the size of the image is 3.25" h x 1.5" w.
