The Goddess of Spring (1934) Color reference drawing of Persephone. A stunning drawing of this character, from the flowers in her hair, to her wide eyes and delicate lips, as well as her frail and expressive hands, she is rendered her magnificently. The paper has had a tinge of color change around the extreme outer edges only. There is a fold on the lower left hand side, which measures 3.5" and, as visible in the image, there is a small tear to the left of the right peg hole, which measures .75". Each of these minor imperfections can easily be matted out.. The size of this piece is 12 Field (11"x13") and the size of the image is 6" h x 2.25" w. US$ 795 (unframed) WDDPP364
