The Beach Party (1931) Production drawing of Mickey Mouse, Clarabelle Cow and Minnie Mouse. This production drawing comes from the 1931 Disney Short “Beach Party,” and features everyone’s favorite mouse Mickey playing a steel guitar and his best girl Minnie playing a ukulele while their good friend Clarabelle dances a little hula. This is a great illustration of Clarabelle, who is rarely seen, and has a great deal of animator’s notes written in the bottom right corner. The text says: "Suggestion for musical number - Minnie with Uke - Mickey with Steel Hawaiian Guitar - Clarabelle does a hula -" Price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase, but it will not change the price of the piece.
