Merbabies frolic along the ocean surface with a flying fish! The margins along the sides designate the viewing field of the scene.
This measures 10"H by 12"W.

There is some signs of handling along the edges which can be matted out for display if desired. There is also a shallow crease running vertically along the middle of the piece which fortunately does not detract from the overall impact of the piece..
