Fantasia (1940) Courvoisier cel of A Baby Pegasus. A beautifully composed example from the Pastoral Symphony scene! This baby is filled with esprit while the joy and happiness is so well captured in the smiling eyes and mouth, and even the playful posture! Framed, this piece measures 13.5"x15.25" while the image measures 6.5"x7.25". Framing was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase but will not change the price of the piece. Very slight line wear which is only visible upon close inspection. The underside of the glass is slightly dirty, but is only visible if you tilt the piece at an angle. Does not affect the visual affect of the piece. There is a small area above the left knee which has glue residue as the cel has separated slightly from the background. Still in great condition for a vintage cel and we do not recommend restoration unless to move the cel back into position.. The size of the image is 3.5" h x 3.5" w. US$ 2000 (framed) WDCRL2
