The production cel is of the hapless and loveable Smee as he is listening to Hook hatch an evil plot to kidnap and drown Tiger Lily, all while preparing to do his daily ritual of shaving Hook's face. Despite doing evil deeds throughout the movie, Smee has a childlike innocence that can be seen in the simple expression on his face, which suggests that Smee is listening to Hook, but is not quite interested in what he has to say.
