Pooh with an interesting closed-eye, open mouth expression; this piece is likely an in-between cel.
The cel suffers from some minute line wear, paint flaking, and bits of residue on the clear areas of the cel which can be remedied with restoration and cel cleaning. The drawing shows some surface abrasion as it was stored (and thereby attached) beneath the cel after production..
