Disney Studios (c. 1950s) Production cel of Donald Duck and Humphrey the Bear. This is an exquisite representation of this comic duo. The body language here makes this piece not only with their eye contact, but also with their very expressive hands. Donalds are clenched and ready for fighting as he leans in, while Humphrey's are timidly fidgeting. This piece says a thousand words! Matting was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the matte pictured. There is no change in price due to the matte--it can be de-matted upon request at purchase but will not change the price of the piece. Cel has become slightly wavy which is not uncommon for vintage animation cels. The light reflection is only visible in the web image only and is not on the actual piece..
