Robin Hood (1973)
Production cel of Robin Hood and Maid Marian.

This production cel is on a hand-painted background. The framed piece measures 17" x 21" with the aperture measuring 10" x 14".

The cels were laminated by the studio which was a fairly common practice for cels from this film and time period. Visible upon close inspection is a 1.5" x 0.25" area of very slight lifting on the left side of the character Maid Marian’s torso. Also visible upon close examination are pinpoint imprints throughout the cels that we believe were the result of the lamination process.
Framing was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase but will not change the price of the piece.
