The Jungle Book (1967)|
Production cel of Shere Khan.
Shere Kahn crouches low to the ground as he stalks through the jungle brush.
The frame measures 18.25" x 21.25" while the aperture measures 8.25" x 11.25".
Cel is slightly wavy which is fairly common for animation cels of this age. There is evidence of line wear on the tail and paint cracking and lifting on the backside of the character but no paint loss. Visible upon close examination are two specks of paint loss on the bottom of the front paw.
Framing was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase but will not change the price of the piece.
