Shere Khan, the villain of the film, has a wonderful expression that suggest that he doesn't think he would do anything wrong.
Framing was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase but will not change the price of the piece.
Framed, this piece measures 11" x 13"
Cel appears to be stuck to the background in a few areas as is common with the Disneyland cel set-ups. There seems to be a tiny indentation spot in his left cheek..
