From the estate of Norman Wright. On the bottom right near the figure is written in pencil "Battaglia". Research into the name, revealed an artist and writer named Aurelius Battaglia, who adapted the screenplay for Pinocchio and worked at Disney during the late 1930's and 1940s.
Some paper discoloration and evidence of handling which is common for production artwork of this time period. .
