This piece is attributed to Winged Scourge, a goodwill piece made for South America in order to educate people about Malaria and simple things people could do to stop mosquitoes. In an article from Fortune Magazine, it covers a meeting between Walt and his animators in dealing with this film and focuses on Walt's great abilities as a teacher.
There is evidence of small staple holes in each extreme corner, as well as a miniscule area of missing paper due to a staple in the upper left hand corner, which measures .25". Each of these minor imperfections can be easily matted out..
