Fantasia (1940) Concept piece of The Blossom Ballet.
From the estate of Norman Wright During the climax of the Dance of the Flutes, the main dancer twirls before bubbling over the waterfall. The colors in this piece are phenomenal, from the glorious movement of the purple blossoms in the foreground, to the happy glowing colored lights in the distant blackness. A simply glorious work of art.
A clear, protective sheet has been stapled in each corner and is easily removable upon purchase. The sheet covers the image area in order to protect the chalk drawing from smudging. There is evidence of several staple holes in each corner, which can easily be matted out..
The size of this piece is 12 Field (11"x13") and the size of the image is 7" h x 10.5" w. US$ 3200 (unframed) WDAWF11
