Peter Pan (1953) Concept piece of Peter Pan.
This is a wonderful concept depicting Peter Pan and Tinkerbell as they traverse the rooftops of London in search for Peter’s shadow. In this piece we see Peter silhouetted against a soft early evening sky, while Tinkerbell makes a dynamic entrance leaving a trail of magical, pink fairy dust in her wake. Tink is often a show-off when Peter is around, however he seems to be disinterested at the moment as he is leaning and pointing toward the open window which glows below. This window leads to the Darling children’s bedroom and as soon as Peter and Tink enter, the fun begins!
This piece measures 7" x 9".
There is evidence of a pin hole towards the edge of each corner, outside of the image, which can be easily matted out..
The size of the image is 1.5" h x 0.87" w. US$ 11500 (unframed) WDAPP11
