Peter Pan (1953) Concept piece of ---. Second star to the right and straight on till morning! This is a beautiful brightly colored concept painting of Peter Pan and Captain Hook’s home. Even the Jolly Roger is featured in this lovely piece as it floats through the island sky with the aid of Tink’s magic fairy dust. Attributed to Mary Blair. The artwork measures 8" x 10". As visible in the image, there are pin holes in each corner outside of the image area. As pinning up concept art for evaluation was often part of the creative process, this is fairly common for this type of work.. US$ 8500 (unframed) WDACS31
